    • You are so welcome! And to answer your question…ABSOLUTELY! The two things I noticed the most myself personally were increased energy and my bloating completely disappeared. It was an excellent reboot after baseball tournaments, a wedding, and a trip to Mexico this last summer. I’ve done it twice now- you can actually do it up to 2 weeks in a row but after that it’s recommended to wait 4-6 weeks in between. The first time I lost 4lbs in 5 days, but the second time I lost 9! In between drops I use our Lean Body System along with Liquid Biocell Collagen, and of course I can’t leave out our Carb Blocker- it’s bomb!
