Great article on how to avoid loose skin while losing weight, but can I add something as a tip? I often forget to do this, but it works very nicely as well and that is a method called “dry brushing”. You basically keep the lymphatic system going by brushing your skin from neck to toe each day. This takes about 10 minutes max. I didn’t know about the collagon though, interesting thanks!
